DEPOSIT AND MANDATORY EXTRAS

A deposit of € 100.00 will be required at the beginning of stay as a guarantee for any eventual damages and/or breakages caused. It will be returned upon departure after an apartment check by part of the management.

Final cleaning fee of € 40,00.

The kitchenette must be left clean and free of garbage.

We accept small pets at the cost of an extra € 30.00 cleaning fee.

We do not provide laundry service.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

- LCD TV - Digital Terrestrial Television.
- Air conditioning on timer.
- Water, electricity and gas.
- Private parking (1 car)
- Internet.
- Weekly Beach service from 01/06 to 15/09: includes a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a beach bed with complete accessibility of the services for the disabled, including transport in water.
- Shared washing machine (coins).

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES
The apartment will be made available between the hours of 3pm and 5pm, and must be vacated by 10am the day of departure. The delivery and retrieval of the keys will take place exclusively via the management. There is no reduction of the price in case of early departures or late arrivals. In the case that the guests have not yet arrived to take possession of the apartment by 11.00 am on the day after the arrival date, the guest will be considered a no-show.
